    You can book a session by contacting us directly through the contact form on our website, calling our studio, or sending an email. We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for portrait and fashion sessions, and 3-6 months in advance for wedding photography to secure your desired date.

    What is included in a typical portrait package?

    Our packages typically include the studio time and expertise of our professional photographer, a specific number of high-resolution, professionally edited digital images, and an online private gallery for viewing and selecting your favorites. Specific inclusions vary by package (e.g., family, headshot, or fashion).

    How long does a session usually last?

    Session length varies: professional headshots may take 30–60 minutes, while a standard family or individual portrait session usually lasts 1-2 hours. Wedding photography is covered by custom packages.

    Do I have to pay a deposit to book?

    Yes, a non-refundable retainer (deposit) is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time slot. This amount will be applied toward the total cost of your chosen package.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept various forms of payment, including bank transfer, mobile money, and major credit/debit cards. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

    Are prints or physical products included in the price?

    While our standard packages focus on high-resolution digital files, we offer a range of premium prints, canvases, and photo albums for purchase separately. You can view our product catalog after your session

    Do I get the unedited "raw" images?

    As part of our commitment to delivering only high-quality, finished art, we do not release unedited RAW or straight-out-of-camera files. Our selection and professional editing process are integral to the final Zanunu Studio product.
